Terms of Use

This document sets the rules for using Boothorama 360, your rights and obligations, and our responsibilities.

0. Acceptance

By installing, accessing or using the app, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Definitions

• App: the Boothorama 360 mobile application. • Service: 360° capture, post-processing, export and sharing features. • User: anyone using the app (anonymous or signed-in).

2. Eligibility

The app is not intended for children under 13. Depending on your country, parental consent may be required for 13–16.

3. Account & authentication

• Anonymous account: possible using Firebase Authentication. • Google sign-in: optional. You can sign out or revoke access at any time.

4. Subscriptions, payments, refunds

• Purchases are handled by the App Store. Boothorama does not process your card data. • Duration, price, renewal and trials are shown in the store. • Manage/cancel from your Apple/Google account. Refunds depend on store policies.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not harm the Service or attempt unauthorized access. • Do not break the law or infringe third-party rights (image, IP). • Do not publish/share illegal, defamatory, hateful or violent content.

6. Content & intellectual property

• Your media: remains yours. It is stored on your device and, if enabled, in your Google Drive. IMPORTANT: Boothorama360 NEVER saves your videos on its servers. You have full ownership and control of your files. • Limited license: we grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. • Boothorama assets: trademarks, logos, text, visuals, code — protected by copyright.

7. Data ownership

Boothorama360 stores no video data. All your captured and edited videos remain entirely on your device until you choose to export to Google Drive. Google Drive is YOUR personal storage — Boothorama360 can only access videos you explicitly authorize for export.

8. Google Drive export & QR

If you enable Drive export, the app uploads the edited video to your Drive using Google tokens. If you enable link/QR sharing, anyone with the link/QR can access the video per your Drive settings. You can disable sharing or delete the file at any time.

9. Third-party services

The app relies on Firebase Authentication, Google Drive, and the App Store/Google Play. These have their own terms and policies.

10. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee error-free operation, accuracy, continuous availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Liability limitation

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, data, etc.).

11. Suspension / termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, or risks to security or Service availability.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes may be announced in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Courts at the publisher's domicile shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
